Terms of Service

TravelArt generates multi-day city itineraries. You answer a short quiz — city, trip length and optional preferences — and we build a day-by-day plan from a curated dataset of activities for that city, which you can view, edit, save and export as a PDF.

The quiz, generation and editing all work without an account. Signing in adds saved itineraries, a Wish List and a profile.

You must be at least 16 years old — or 13 with the consent of a parent or guardian, where local law allows that — and able to enter into a binding agreement.

• You sign in with an existing Google, Facebook or Apple account. Keeping that account secure is your responsibility: whoever controls it can reach your TravelArt data.
• The email address on your profile comes from the provider and cannot be edited here. Your display name and picture can.
• You can delete your account at any time — see Data Deletion.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where the law requires it.

Use TravelArt to plan your own trips. You must not:

• scrape, bulk-download or otherwise systematically extract our activity dataset;
• copy, resell or redistribute itineraries or dataset content as a product of your own;
• reverse engineer the service, or try to get around its security, rate limits or access controls;
• upload anything unlawful, infringing or offensive, or anyone else’s personal data without their permission;
• use automated systems to place load on the service beyond normal personal use;
• use the service for anything illegal, or in a way that harms other users or our providers.

Your quiz answers, itinerary edits, itinerary names and profile picture stay yours. You give us the permission we need to store, process and display that content in order to run the service for you, and nothing more. If you upload a picture, you confirm you have the right to use it.

Itineraries are generated automatically from a curated dataset and from third-party sources including Google Maps. Opening hours, prices, seasonal changes and closures move without notice, and travel times are estimates that cannot account for live traffic, weather or disruption.

TravelArt is a planning aid. It is not travel, safety, health, visa or legal advice. You remain responsible for your own travel decisions, bookings, insurance and safety, and for following local law and site rules.

“Get Tickets” opens a third-party provider such as GetYourGuide or Viator in a new tab. Any booking you make there is a contract between you and that provider under their terms. We are not a party to it and cannot change, cancel or refund it.

Some of those links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you book. It never changes your price, and it never affects which activities the generator picks: ranking comes from the curated dataset, not from commercial arrangements.

The TravelArt name, logo, design, software and curated activity dataset belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service to plan your own trips. Everything not expressly granted is reserved. Activity photos and descriptions may belong to their original owners and are used under their terms.

We are actively developing TravelArt. Features may change, be added or be withdrawn, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a problem at one of our providers. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any particular city, activity or itinerary stays available.

You can stop using TravelArt whenever you like and delete your account from Data Deletion. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we must for legal or security reasons, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give reasonable notice so you can export anything you want to keep.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.

To the fullest extent the law allows, TravelArt is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost data, missed activities, missed transport, or costs arising because a venue was closed, mispriced or misdescribed.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your mandatory rights as a consumer.

If your breach of these terms, or your unlawful use of the service, leads to a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which TravelArt is established, and disputes belong to the courts there. If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is material we will tell you in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use TravelArt afterwards means you accept the new version.
